The room was very comfortable, with a good bed and nice towels and linens. The temperature was easy to control. The room was very well-lit and had comfortable seating and good outlets. The housekeeping service was attentive and the concierge and front desk were helpful and friendly, as were several (but not all) of the bell staff.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and laid out. The bedrooms are large and fully equipped. The staff are amazing, nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were excellent. Concierge staff were excellent. Rooms were very nice!

Thanks for the warm welcome.. we enjoyed our stay at sofitel Rome. The Room was modern and clean. All the staff were amazing especially Giordana..the breakfast was good. Sure will come back again in the future.

Hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable!!! Breakfast was delicious but the portions were very small for the prices. My daughter ordered crepes….which consisted of one small crepe and a few blueberries and one raspberry. But delicious!!

Absolutely amazing, the hotel staff upgraded us free of charge to the amazing penthouse. What a brilliant clean relaxed 5 star hotel
